Audience Activation

Automotive CDP

Your CRM knows who bought. Your DMS knows what they drive. LinkOne turns both into audiences you can actually buy media against.

Your customer data is already the best targeting signal you have

Most dealerships are buying third-party audiences to reach people who are already in their CRM. You are paying a data vendor to guess at intent when you have purchase history, service records, and lease maturity dates sitting in a system you already own.

LinkOne connects directly to that system.

How it works

Connect. A direct integration to your CRM, DMS, or inventory provider. Connection requirements and sync schedules depend on your source systems.

Resolve. Records are cleaned, deduplicated, and unified into customer profiles. Emails and phone numbers are hashed with SHA-256 before anything leaves the environment.

Activate. Those hashed identifiers are matched into Google, Meta, Amazon, and connected TV platforms as addressable audiences — plus lookalike expansion built from your actual buyers rather than a generic in-market segment.

Measure. Impressions delivered against those audiences get tied back to sales through matchback, so you can see recorded media exposure before a matched sale.

What you can build

  • Service-to-sales conquest — customers whose vehicles are approaching equity or lease maturity
  • Lost-lead reactivation — CRM leads that went cold, re-reached across display and CTV rather than another email
  • Owner-base suppression — stop paying to advertise to people who already bought from you last month
  • Lookalikes from real buyers — expansion modeled on closed deals, not on form fills

Why first-party data outperforms

Third-party segments are inferred, shared across every advertiser who buys them, and increasingly degraded by cookie deprecation and platform privacy changes. Your first-party data is observed rather than inferred, exclusive to you, and durable — it is built on hashed identifiers and UID2 rather than cookies.

Frequently asked questions

What is an automotive CDP?
A customer data platform for auto retail ingests first-party data from your CRM and DMS, resolves it into unified customer records, and makes those records available as targetable audiences in ad platforms. Unlike a general-purpose CDP, an automotive CDP understands dealership-specific objects — VINs, service records, deal jackets, and inventory feeds.
Which CRM and DMS systems does LinkOne connect to?
Direct integrations with VinSolutions, CDK, Tekion, DealerVault, Elead, and DriveCentric, plus inventory providers including vAuto, HomeNet, and VinCue.
How is customer data protected?
Data is encrypted at rest and hashed with SHA-256 before it is sent to any ad platform. Ask the team to confirm the data flow for your particular connections. Client data is used exclusively for that client's campaigns.
How is this different from a DMP?
A DMP works with third-party, anonymous, cookie-based segments that are rented rather than owned. A CDP works with your own first-party, identified customer records. As third-party cookies continue to degrade, the CDP model is what remains durable.
